Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Self check-in is available 24/7 — you will receive your access instructions by email and WhatsApp before arrival. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment at all times. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking materials. A designated outdoor area may be available — please ask your host. A cleaning surcharge will apply if this rule is not respected.

Pets are not permitted in any of our R Apartments unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to your stay. If you are travelling with a pet, please reach out to us before booking so we can advise on the best options for you.

Out of respect for our neighbours and the surrounding community, quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. Parties, events, and gatherings beyond the number of registered guests are not permitted. We want you to enjoy your stay — and to ensure the same experience for guests who follow you.

Please treat the apartment as you would your own home. All furniture, appliances, and fittings are to be used with care. Any damage caused during your stay must be reported to the host promptly. Guests are responsible for ensuring the property is left in a clean and orderly condition upon departure. Final cleaning is included in your booking — however excessive mess may incur an additional fee.
